Skellur is a new concept for young children to eat healthier food. The idea is to get children to eat healthy and make it an enjoyable and fun process. This is a dairy product where you have a fresh and pure ″ skyr ″ which is a unique Icelandic dairy product. You get cereal, fruits and milk to mix into the ″ skyr ″. It will give the children the feeling that they are making their own food just like mom and dad.
